Comap’s InteliSys Gas, formerly MOTORTECH ALL-IN-ONE, is an extensible control system for both single and multiple generator sets operating in standby or parallel modes, especially for cogeneration (CHP) and other complex applications.

The modular design (consisting of controller and display unit) enables easy installation with the ability to add different expansion modules designed to suit individual customer requirements. Integrated functions such as fully automatic synchronization or seamless back synchronization in parallel operation with the grid, as well as integrated solutions for multi-unit operation, load sharing or automatic operating hours adjustment of individual units, are standard features of the CHP control system. Up to 32 generators can be combined in a group.

InteliSys Gas can be connected via Bus to common ECU modules (Electronic Control Unit – engine control unit) from which it can read the relevant control data. A powerful graphic display with user-friendly controls allows every operator to find the information they need. The screen of the basic version is capable of displaying graphic characters (e.g. Chinese).
